My Workouts
Following is the typical fitness model workout routine, which requires a minimum of 5 workouts per week, oftentimes as many as 10, or more. The routine of a fitness model can be very similar to that of a bodybuilder, but fewer calories are consumed and the desired body proportions are different.

My Diet
A balanced diet is unquestionably one of the most critical aspects of living a healthy lifestyle.. Starting a rigorous workout plan is simply a key part of achieving your healthy lifestyle goals, but it’s essential to remember that working out can only get you so far. At least as important is a good diet, and a healthy diet doesn’t only mean cutting out on Friday night takeaway binges. You need to keep an eye on what you’re eating at all times. If you want to get into completely shredded condition, you need to eat good for the occasion. Much people have this fantasy of looking like a fit model, but they never understand that getting to the form needs them to push themselves equally physically and mentally.
My daily diet routine is the following:
I am a big follower of smoothies. “One of my favorites is a mixture of apple, kale, orange, grapefruit, black currant, pomegranate, and celery”. I don’t add extra protein in my smoothies, because I have already got a lot. “I eat a lot of white chicken and white fish because this is very important for us. I’m pretty good on protein. I eat peanut butter once a day. I do not use Alcohol. Alcohol is a poison for fitness models.
